It's a demo with a made-up business: the names, photos and prices are placeholders.

Who it's for

  • Builders selling apartments off-plan who need buyers to trust them.
  • Companies doing new builds, housing or offices that take quote requests.
  • Developers who have to keep buyers posted on how the build is going.

What's inside

  • A 3D tower that builds itself as you scroll, from week one to handover
  • An exploded view of the building floor by floor, with layers and a sheet for each floor
  • A 360 site walkthrough with a timeline and a curtain to compare two weeks
  • Before and after in 3D, cut by a plane that follows the camera
  • A quote calculator where the building grows with the square meters, sent straight to your inbox

Anyone buying off-plan is paying for something that doesn't exist yet. Mariscal Build, our demo for construction companies, is made for that buyer and for the company that has to earn their trust.

What a builder's website looks like today

A photo of a hard hat and a hi-vis vest, "quality, commitment, experience" and a static render of the finished building. A buyer who wants to know how the work is going has to call, wait for an email with a few random photos, or drive out to the site.

The tower, slab by slab

Scrolling raises the Torre Mirador from the old warehouse that stood on the lot all the way to handover: the crane lifts each load, the slabs get poured, the facade closes up and the lights come on. Next is the exploded view, where the floors pull apart and each one has its own sheet.

Under /obra there's a 360 walkthrough of the same spot across different weeks, with site notes and a curtain slider to compare two weeks side by side. There's also a before-and-after in 3D, projects as live models, the schedule as a Gantt chart and a quote calculator where the building grows with the square meters.

Why it matters to a builder

The work gets shown instead of promised. Buyers open a link on their phone and watch their floor go up without having to call. The quote tool sends the request with the details already filled in. And to show how it fits a real portfolio, the demo includes a case built from the public data of a building for sale in Poreč: the facade with available and sold units, which you can filter and light up in 3D.

Your projects, your way

The company, the tower and the numbers are samples, and the panoramas come from Poly Haven (CC0) until there are photos from a real site. For your company we model your projects and load 360 photos of your sites, your unit types and your schedule, under your brand and in your languages.

Raise the tower

Open it and scroll slowly: the tower builds as you go. If you want to show your projects like this, get in touch.
