The studio site is new from the ground up. Black by default, three languages, a cube that assembles the emblem, and four doors: software, skills, academy and blog.

The Mariscal Project has a new home. This note explains what is in it and why.

Black, with a lamp

The brand is a metallic shield on black, so the site is black by default. The lamp in the toolbar turns the lights on for anyone who prefers paper. The choice is remembered on your device.

Three languages

Everything is written in English, Spanish and Croatian. The URL carries the language (/en, /es, /hr), the toolbar switches it, and your choice is remembered for a year. Search engines see every language on its own address.

The cube

The hero carries a Rubik's cube that starts scrambled and assembles itself when the page opens. Its faces are silver and gold, and the front carries the emblem, split across nine stickers, so the finished cube shows the whole shield. You can drag it, or use the arrow keys.

Four doors

Software: websites from EUR 499, websites with payments, native iPhone and Android apps, dashboards and custom software.
Skills: packaged workflows for AI agents. The first ones are being finished.
Academy: free videos and courses on building with AI and skills. The first course is in production.
Blog: this. Short notes on technology, day by day.

Proof of work

Our flagship, Croatiapp Academy, is live. The phones on the home page are real screens of it, captured in production.

Croatiapp Academy is live

What we shipped for the Croatian academy for Spanish speakers, and what building it taught the studio.

Croatiapp Academy is the first product of The Mariscal Project, and it is live.

What it is

A complete platform for learning Croatian, explained in Spanish:

a video course in short classes with five recurring characters;
collectible vocabulary cards, more than three hundred, with rarities up to platinum;
an exercise book where you assemble routines and print them as PDF;
a personal notebook with real A4 sheets;
a dictionary in Croatian, Spanish and English, with almost 2,000 words and 400 phrases;
a blog about Croatia, read from the Academy;
one account for everything, on the web and on mobile.

Lesson 1 of every course is free. A full course costs 25 EUR, one payment.

What it taught us

Every product on this site comes from building that one: a landing in three languages with light and dark modes, a course platform, a catalog, a dictionary, a blog, native apps. The same pieces are now what we build for clients.
